WA Pork Producers Association

The West Australian Pork Producers Association (WAPPA) is an industry body dedicated to supporting producers and safeguarding and promoting their interests through leadership and strong representation at all levels of government and industry.

Western Australia's pork producers deliver almost 53,000 tonnes of pork per annum, using innovative production systems under high animal welfare conditions.

Producers make significant investments in research and development aimed at continuously improving the eating quality of WA-grown pork.

They play a vital role in maintaining Western Australia’s high animal health status and reputation as a producer of quality livestock and livestock products.
