Our natural lake salt is sourced from Lake Deborah, at Koolyanobbing 500km north-east of Perth.
We farm the natural salt mineral by hand and wash, dry, size and grade it to ensure a consistently high-quality product, compliant with FSANZ and HACCP.
With a range from cooking salt to large coarse crystals for use in multiple industries, including baking, food service, meat, food manufacturing and dairy, we’re proudly Western Australian.
