Jordan launched his first business, Express Health Meals, at the age of 20, supplying more than 100 offices around Australia with delicious food. The entrepreneurial young man continued to hone his craft in the food industry before starting a career in economics.
But the love of food kept calling and he paired up with his mother to compete on cooking show My Kitchen Rules, sharing their passion with delighted viewers around Australia. Before long, he was in demand at events and food festivals, doing demonstrations, running classes and pop-up restaurants.
Jordan loves to educate, inspire and entertain groups to discover the joys of cooking. Whether you want to learn how to make traditional food such as pasta or more modern fare, Jordan can tailor classes to your needs. He also works with Native Australian Bush Foods to give bush talks on how to source, grow and cook with a range of native Australian plants, and can create a private dining experience for you and your nearest and dearest in the privacy of your own home.
Jordan’s latest food venture, Outback Eats, sees him hitting the road with his food truck and pop-up restaurant, dishing up authentic Australian grub wherever he goes. Enquire about catering options for your next event or function.
