1. Heat oil in pan and cook onion, bacon and capsicum until tender, stir in rice.
2. Blend the saffron powder with the stock and pour into pan, bring to the boil, stir well.
3. Cover and cook for 15 minutes.
4. Add cooked Boerwors, sultanas and apple, mix well and leave on a low heat for 5-10 minutes, until hot.
5. Season to taste and then spoon into a serving dish.
