Meatball Wraps with Gourmet Lettuce

How to

1. Place potato mash, onion, lamb, egg, breadcrumbs, coriander, celery, garlic, salt and pepper into a large bowl. Mix well.
2. Roll into small balls.
3. Panfry the meatballs in butter and oil until cooked evenly through.  
4. Drain on paper towels.
Line up 4-6 meatballs in a gluten free or regular wrap with lots of gourmet lettuce, red onion, cucumber and sweet chilli sauce.
6. Roll-up and enjoy!
