How to

Method
1. Lightly toast the sour dough bread if desired.
2.
Roughly mash 1/4 of the avocado onto each slice and season with a pinch of salt. 
3. Top with slices of pear, rocket leaves and shaved parmesan.
4. Grind over black pepper and serve with lemon wedges.
