Our beef is sourced from the Cowaramup/Margaret River region where it is either grain fed or pasture fed on the pristine fields of the South West. We source European bred cattle, predominately Angus, Limousin, Charolais and Murray Grey. Beef that is deemed to be the highest quality is selected for grading and aged according to customer specifications at our processing plant in Midland. We also purvey a range of high-quality lamb products from the South West.

A HACCP accredited wholesale business, our systems ensure we meet or exceed the highest standards. We are also audited twice yearly by independent auditors GFSA (Global Food Safety Auditing), so customers can be assured of product safety and integrity at all times. Johnson Meats are also Halal Accredited.
