Apple, walnut & lupin porridge
Place lupin flakes and rolled oats in a saucepan and cover with water.
Cook on medium heat, stirring, for about five minutes or until water is absorbed.
Meanwhile, dice apple into bite-sized squares and sprinkle with cinnamon. Cut walnuts in half.
Once porridge is cooked, serve in a bowl.
Top with apple, walnut, almonds, cranberries and sunflower seeds and drizzle honey to taste.
Serve with your choice of dairy or plant-based milk.
