- Place the eggs, lemon juice and dijon mustard in a stainless steel bowl, whisk well.
- Slowly add oil whilst whisking rapidly, continue adding the oil until it resembles a thick mayonnaise.
- Smash your banana in a separate bowl with a fork and add it to the aioli.
- Mix well until properly combined.
I have made my favourite burger of beef, bacon + blue cheese and I put this aioli on it every time.
