How to


  1. Wash the fennel and remove outer layers.  Slice bulb into fine slices and add to the salad bowl
  2. Peel orange and slice thinly with a sharp knife. Toss into a bowl with fennel slice.
  3. Pour olive oil over the salad and add freshly ground black pepper and flaked salt to taste.
  4. Serve chilled.
