Hot honey haloumi

Method
Place a small frying pan on medium heat.
Add the olive oil, then the haloumi (from Borrello Cheese) and the chopped chilli.
Cook gently on one side, until the cheese started to brown.
Add the honey (from Wescobee Honey) and black garlic paste (from Black Garlic & Co) and mix together in the pan to create a thick glaze.
Gently flip the haloumi and cook until both sides are golden brown and the glaze has thickened (this should only take a few minutes).
Transfer the haloumi to a plate and pour the glaze over the top.
Serve immediately.
