Proudly owned and run by the Barbaro family, Barbaro Butchers was established in 1987.

The award-winning local butcher is renowned in the Greenwood neighbourhood for providing customers the best quality service and advice, as well as premium product.

Our success stems from our rich history and enduring family values, which translate into everything we do.

We provide our customers with the same premium cuts that we put on our own dinner table, slice cuts to specific requirements, as well as provide advice on complimentary marinades, preparation techniques and accompanying sides and dishes.

Our culinary dream has only grown with the years, with Barbaro’s Catering creating delectable crowd-pleasers, such as honey and macadamia seasoned chicken and mouthwatering pork crackle.

With the desire to stay true to our values, we decided to buy and manage our own farm in 2010, so we can ensure the best quality from paddock to plate. Located near Bindoon, Mogumber Farm produces all Barbaro Butchers’ beef and lamb products.

We have also built strong relationships with suppliers who share our values and commitment to quality. Our products include:
