This family-owned truffiére and vineyard bring you the best from below (truffles) and above (wine) the ground.

Located in the stunning Southern Forests region, Below & Above make the most of the pristine surroundings, growing all grapes and truffles on their own properties to guarantee quality and provenance.

Their black winter truffles are nurtured in the cool, pristine soils of Smithbrook, just outside Manjimup. Each truffle is hand harvested, block graded and fully traceable.

Below & Above also produce small batches of pinot noir, chardonnay, and merlot – known for their elegance and restraint – at the family estate in nearby Eastbrook, just outside Pemberton.

A relatively new wine-growing region, the area is celebrated for its biodiversity as well as its beauty. Bordered by ancient karri forests, the combination of climatic conditions and rich soils help create premium produce off the vine and from the earth.

Below & Above use regenerative viticultural practices and organic fertilisers to preserve and enrich the natural blessings of the Southern Forests.
