Under the leadership of Vince and Anne Garreffa, it has grown from modest beginnings in Midland as Mondo Di Carne in 1979 to one of Perth’s favourite butchers.
They built a reputation for providing the finest meat products, changing the name to Mondo’s and expanding into wholesale markets to service the restaurant and catering industry.
The retail store moved to Inglewood in 1997, where the team continues to serve the best-quality meat, including homemade smallgoods and a delicious range of meals prepared daily, as well as grocery items such as condiments.
