Established in 2021, the Peel-based producer has the largest buffalo herd in Western Australia and the only milking herd in the state.
The family proudly supplies stores and businesses across Perth and the South West. Buffalo meat includes top cuts of fillet, scotch and sirloin, as well as delicious sausages and beef patties.
Quindanning Buffalo also produces fresh bottled milk and rich, creamy buffalo yoghurt. Local businesses use their milk to make cheese, including Western Australia’s first buffalo mozzarella, and other dairy products.
