The Mulberry Pig

The Mulberry Pig is borne out of an obsession of making things from scratch and a love of finding and using top-notch local ingredients.

Founded by chef Dominic Hurst, who came to Australia from West Yorkshire in 2010, The Mulberry Pig offers a range of condiments packed with flavour.

Dominic uses the same discipline, technique and passion he has honed over more than 20 years in professional kitchens to handcraft preserves and relishes, including:

  • Tomato Relish
  • Tomato Ketchup

Citing the sandwich as his favourite meal, the chef also wanted to create something delicious that could be used to make any meal shine – and make people smile.

The Mulberry Pig has become a fixture at farmers markets, such as Kyilla and Fremantle, with regulars snapping up Dom’s tasty creations.
