Franklin & Clement are small batch producers of premium preserves based in the beautiful Perth Hills.

This family business takes a hands-on approach throughout, from the selection of fine local ingredients to the making, jarring and labelling of their preserves, as well as sales and delivery. You name it, they do it. 

And their approach has already won a loyal following. Since launching in November 2023, Franklin & Clement’s Jammed Chilli has proved a big hit with foodies.  

Now stocked at gourmet grocers and speciality stores across Perth, their flagship preserve boasts a morish flavour combination that includes garlic, ginger, chilli, coconut sugar and apple cider vinegar. The preserve has a nice, elegant heat, too.
