Black truffle pasta
Bring the water to the boil. Add the pasta, stirring occasionally until cooked. Drain well.
Add the Great Southern Truffles Black Truffle Salsa to the pasta and stir in well.
Season with salt and pepper if desired, and top with parmesan cheese to serve.
Remember al dente is the desired texture of pasta - firm but not chewy.
You can use any pasta you like for this recipe.
