Mushroom truffle suzette toast (Large)

Method

In a large hot pan, add the sliced mushrooms along with the honey, balsamic and a splash of water.

Sauté for about 10 mins until the mushrooms are well cooked.

Mix through the Great Southern Truffles truffle oil and remove from the heat.

Top the rye bread slices (from Eco Bread) with the mushrooms.

Add a wedge of Halls Family Dairy Suzette on top of each piece.

Grill for 5 mins until the cheese is melted and gooey.

 

To serve

Top with chopped fresh parsley, if desired.
