How to

1. Pre-heat oven to 180ºC or 160ºC fan forced.
2. Beat the eggs lightly and sift the flour and salt.
3. Add the eggs and orange juice slowly and alternatively with the flour and salt.
4. If necessary add a little milk to give a soft dropping consistency, and then beat well for 2 minutes.
5. Place in a greased and floured large cake tin and bake in a moderate oven (180ºC or 160ºC fan forced) for 40-45 minutes or until an inserted skewer comes out clean.
