Potato Radish Salad

How to


  1. Bring a large saucepan of water to the boil. Add the potatoes and simmer for 15-20 min, until tender. Drain and place in a large salad bowl. Allow to cool.
  2. Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard and salt in a small bowl and add to potatoes.
  3. Gently mix in sliced celery, radishes and olives.
  4. Sprinkle with chives and season to taste with cracked black pepper.

Handy Tips

This salad can be made ahead up to step 3 and chilled, with the chives and pepper added before serving.


  • 1kg baby potato, halved
  • 1/2 cup whole egg mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 bunch radishes, finely sliced
  • 2 inner stalks of celery, finely sliced
  • ½ cup green olives, pitted and halved
  • 1 bunch chives, finely snipped
  • Cracked black pepper, to serve
