Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in a jug and stir gently to combine.
  2. Pour over ice and garnish each glass with one peach slice and a sprig of mint leaves

For an extra splash of colour, top each cocktail with 5 fresh raspberries or blackberries.

Ingredients

  • 1 (750ml) bottle chilled white wine
  • 125ml cup peach liqueur
  • 250ml chilled peach juice
  • 4 ripe peaches, washed and sliced
  • Fresh mint sprigs to garnish
