Fini Olives produces three olive oil varieties, with each one made from fresh olives picked straight from the trees at its state-of-the-art grove and pressing facility in Gingin.
Fini Olives grows more than 170,000 olive trees, producing 11 varieties of olives. These include Barnea, Coratina, Diana, Frantoio, Kalamata, Leccino, Manzanillo, Minerva, Pendolino, Picholine and Picual.
Its premium extra virgin olive oil is available for the retail, restaurant, private label and bulk oil markets. Fini Olives also offers contract processing to other olive groves.
