Each day, they receive 3000L of fresh, local Bannister Downs milk. Award-winning cheesemakers then work their magic, creating fresh cheeses every afternoon to deliver to Perth's finest restaurants, gourmet delis and grocers, as well as IGA supermarkets.
Opening in 2020, La Delizia Latticini quickly outgrew its original premises in the Park Centre, a humble “lab” in East Victoria Park where cheese lovers could watch the cheesemakers at work through the viewing windows.
In January 2021, the team expanded, opening a larger production facility just around the corner where they continue their passion for creating the freshest artisan cheese. The range of preservative-free, handmade cheeses includes burrata, mozzarella, stracciatella and ricotta.
“La Delizia Lab” also now serves fresh pasta, coffee, paninis and more. Come for breakfast and lunch and leave with the freshest cheese!
