Perth Markets

Dating back to the 1890s, Perth Markets is Western Australia’s only wholesale produce market, offering a vital connection between growers and consumers.

The 25 primary wholesalers and more than 30 secondary wholesalers – some of whom have operated out of the markets for generations – source top-quality fresh produce, meat and seafood, delivering to local retailers within days of harvesting.

Perth Markets is also home to Market City, a commercial and retail hub, and the Canning Vale Weekend Markets. Savvy shoppers flock to Canning Vale’s Saturday Clearance Market between 6am and 10am, when select wholesalers and the meat and fish markets sell produce direct to the public.

Then there is the Sunday Community Market. Open from 7am to 1pm, this popular weekend event boasts street food, live music and a range of stallholders selling food, plants, homewares and much more.

The Winter Night Markets also add warmth and cheer to chilly evenings, bringing everything fun and delicious undercover – from street food and artisan products to live entertainment and family activities.
