Supafresh baby leaves was the result of one persistent wholesaler’s continual requests to buy salads from parent company Trodan Produce, which supplied gourmet lettuce and baby leaves for fresh cut retail packs.
They eventually said yes and after contracting out the washing and packing for a few years, they built their own factory. This vertical integration gave better control over their produce and enabled better customer service.
