Easy WA stirfry

Method
Place the noodles (*we suggest Yunion) in a bowl and cover with hot water to refresh. Leave to soak for 2 minutes, then drain and set aside.
Dice the protein (*we suggest Linley Valley Pork or Lilydale Free Range Chicken) and vegies into bite-size pieces.
Put a large wok on high heat. Add the oil and protein and cook on high for a couple of minutes, until just cooked through. Remove and set aside.
Add vegies to the wok and stir fry for a minute. Add the spring onions, ginger, garlic and chillies and stir fry for another minute until fragrant.
Return the protein to the wok, along with the noodles and stir everything for another minute.
In a small bowl, mix the soy, honey (choose local, such as Elixir Honey or McNamara Honey Company), mirin and sesame oil. Add the mixture to the wok and stir through.
Turn off the heat, add the bean shoots and allow everything to steam for one more minute, ensuring everything is evenly coated in the sauce.
Serve immediately.
