Greek lamb meatballs on pita
Preheat oven to 180C.
Combine all meatball ingredients in a bowl, using fingers to mix well.
Shape mixture into golf-ball sized meatballs and arrange on baking paper on a large tray. Spray with olive oil.
Bake meatballs for 20 minutes or until browned.
Top pita bread with 2 to 3 tablespoons of tzatziki, then add 2 to 3 meatballs per serve.
Sprinkle with paprika to garnish.
Serve with fresh salad leaves and julienned vegetables, such as cucumber and capsicum, or with nice Greek salad.
