In demonstrating our commitment to local farmers, all incoming poultry and meat are purchased locally from approved suppliers.

Scutti markets on Angelo commenced trading as Angelo Street Markets in 1992. Domenic, Lucy and their sons saw the opportunity to expand and diversify from selling predominantly fruit & vegetables to include other gourmet products such as deli meats, cheese, bread, eggs & selected groceries. Since this time the business has flourished and the name Scutti has become synonymous with the provision of the highest quality foods.

We use a traditional smoking technique with shavings from local fruit trees such as apple. This imparts a subtle, sweet, smokey flavour and aroma. All ingredients used to cure or flavour our products have no artificial, colourings or flavours.
