A new concept has recently been piloted within six metropolitan Woolworth’s stores and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome!
‘Best of the West’ brought eight of our members together with top tier Western Australian chefs. The result was four fantastic dishes, which were profiled within Woolworths stores through Point of Sale standees, recipe cards and wobblers. Extension of the program through chef appearances in store, demonstrations and marketing communications was also successfully achieved. Highlights have included high levels of social media engagement and even outpouring support from Rob Broadfield in his Broadbrush column!
Woolworths has been a keen supporter of Buy West Eat Best since inception and we are now in discussion with their national office for potential replication and extension of the program, which is very exciting! Look out for further updates as they come to hand.
