How to

Method

  1. Cut the melon in half and remove seeds with a spoon. Using a melon baller, scoop the melon flesh into a bowl.
  2. Remove skin from Kiwi fruit. Slice each fruit into quarters along the length, then slice across to create small wedges. Halve the grapes then toss all fruit together with the lime juice.
  3. Slice the star fruit in 2cm slices to create the distinctive star shape, and place gently on top of the salad to serve.

  • 1 Small Honeydew Melon
  • 6 Kiwi Fruit
  • Small bunch of seedless green grapes
  • 1 Star Fruit
  • Juice of 1 lime
