Jackies Cooking manufactures Jumplings, which are tasty dumplings and sells them from our food truck. Our premises only supplies to distributors. Jackies Cooking started in 2008 by Roy Chin and initially manufactured spicy Malaysian foods. The manufacture of Jumplings started in 2009 and Jumplings was established in 2011.
Sweetlips process all of their fish themselves from skinning, trimming and completely de-boning its Fresh Fish Fillets so there’s nothing to spoil the enjoyment. All of the fresh fish is sourced from the ocean, not the freezer, processed on the premises and displayed cabinets.
