East Fremantle Yacht Club’s head chef, David Yang, has a passion for infusing modern Australian cuisine with his more traditional Asian routes. Since commencing as head chef in 2017 he has transformed the menu to highlight seasonal, locally sourced produce, including his amazing 30-day dry-aged steak, delicious WA Seafood selection and a focus on fresh Western Australian dishes to benefit our Members and their Guests.
