Aylesbury Estate

Steeped in history, Aylesbury Estate is named after the town in Buckinghamshire, England, where James Dagley Gibbs immigrated from in 1844.

The Gibbs family moved from the Australind colony to the Ferguson Valley in 1883, more than 140 years ago.

The 8ha vineyard is part of a family-owned farm that has been passed down through five generations.

Aylesbury Estate vineyard was planted in 1998 by Ryan Gibbs’ father. Ryan took over the ownership and management of the farm in 2008, creating another chapter in the estate’s proud history.

Ryan and his wife, Narelle, created the wine label with the intention of “capturing the best of the Ferguson Valley in a bottle”, producing wines that are an expression of the pristine environment in which the fruit is grown.
