Established in 2020, all Californico's produce is grown indoors in certified organic soil and without the use of pesticides, chemicals, or synthetic fertilisers.
We are HACCP certified and deliver direct to our customers on the day of, or just after, harvest for maximum safety and freshness.
Our microgreens are celebrated for their vibrancy, exceptional shelf life, and overall consumer satisfaction – they are as nutritious as they are beautiful!
Our range includes:
- Assorted microgreens, 50g – broccoli, radish, mizuna, Unicorn Mix, Dragon Mix
- Mixed and single variety microgreens, 500g – may contain broccoli, radish, mizuna, dijon and amaranth.
