Chef V

Vincent Lim, the brains and talent behind Chef V, draws on more than 20 years of experience in the kitchen and the media to offer a range of cooking, hospitality and event services.

He has worked as a restaurant consultant in Perth and Asia, using his wisdom to guide others through recipe development, marketing, cooking collaborations and restaurant systems.

Vincent is also in demand in the media, as a food columnist, hosting the Chef V FooDiscovery show in China, and as food editor for one the largest newspaper groups in Indonesia. He also loves selling Western Australia’s attractions to Indonesia as an ambassador for Tourism WA.

When he’s not busy consulting, Vincent is passionate about giving back to the community, as he believes food and service are intrinsically linked to a healthy and happy life.
