The Mediterranean climate provides the perfect conditions to grow olives. The farm follows organic practices, free from chemical application and the fruit is left to ripen on the trees naturally.
Wickham Olive Grove is equipped with a commercial table olives processing plant, which means that within two hours of harvest the olives are delicately processed to retain their freshness and flavour. Samples are regularly taken from 18 fermentation tanks to monitor the quality.
Eagle Vale Olives offer a range of products, including:
- Table olives (including Kalamata, Calabrese, Thai style and 1kg salad mixes
- Extra virgin olive oil – 2L cask
- Infused extra virgin olive oil – 250ml (available in infusions of garlic, chilli and lemon)
