Taylor St Quarters

Located on the shore of Esperance Bay, Taylor St Quarters is a family-run restaurant specialising in fine food created with the freshest local ingredients available.

Originally a hospital in Perth, the historic building has had many incarnations since it was first sent to Esperance via boat in 1931, including as nurses quarters and tearooms.

In 2017, Jane Coole and her baker daughter Sophie, and chef partner Dean gave the old beauty a facelift and opened a restaurant serving contemporary Australian cuisine.

Inspired by the rugged coastline and rich agricultural heritage of Esperance, the TSQ menu evolves with the seasons and makes the most of Western Australian’s premium food and wine.

We buy from local producers and pay homage to true artisans of food, and relish hosting food and wine events.
