How to

Method
1. Cream butter and sugar. Add well beaten egg.
2. Add sifted flour and custard powder. Mix well. Roll into small balls and press onto a greased tray with a fork.
3. Bake in a moderate oven (160C) for 12-15 minutes.
4. To make icing, simply cream all icing ingredients together and join biscuits together by spreading with icing butter.
